EASY to LEARN ~ instructions are clear and concise.
FUN to DO ~ Poses are taught with PROPS ~ Blocks, Blankets, Chairs etc. Props give support when needed, help us learn and make the poses so comfortable you won’t want to come out of them, except there is another pose just as delightful to get into.
EFFECTIVE ~ Doing the pose correctly You derive the BENEFITS of the poses from the very first class, and you will progress as you continue.
RESULTS ~ Students leave class ENERGIZED and UPLIFTED & REJUVENATED.
We are able to help students that are in physical therapy, living with asthma, migraines, neck, back, hip or knee pain.
