In our method the Poses are demonstrated, easy clear instructions from a knowledgeable teacher are given. Some postures are taught with the use of props (Props: wall, chair, block, belt, blanket, etc.) to learn,
to support and stay in the poses comfortably. meeting
the needs of all students no matter their age or ability.
From the very first class the beginner student derives

IYENGAR YOGA WAS DEVELOPED BY BKS Iyengar.
BKS Iyengar's approach to Yoga came from a lifetime
of studying and teaching. Best known for one of the
many books he has written "LIGHT ON YOGA" referred
to as "The Bible of Yoga."
Through his understanding and attention to correct
body alignment, sequencing and timing of poses plus the use of props sets this Yoga apart and is why everyone
can do Yoga
It is "DO-ABLE" by everyone, yet continues
to challenge people who have practiced many years.
